For HOT MESS, Franziska Harnisch presents wear&tear, in collaboration with Philipp Valenta. Wear&tear is a collection of various wearables, like shirts, bags, caps and other things appropriating the mechanisms of the clothing industry and luxury brands. Various statements, phrases and criticisms from and about the art world and the art market are printed on the wearables. The person wearing the item becomes an advertising pillar voicing the absurdity of the situation we are all operating in.
